Lex Watches only sells original watches. All our watches will be delivered with the original box, instruction- and warranty papers, unless mentioned otherwise.

New watches are included with official manufacturer’s warranty. The terms are described in the manufacturer’s warranty papers. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, you receive 2 years of warranty of Lex Watches. This warranty also give you the chance to send the watch back within 10 days. Keep in mind that the watch has to be unworn, complete and in the same state we sent it to you. When the watch is returned to us, we will give you a full refund.
We call this the Lex Watches money back guarantee. Only the costs of shipping and insurance are yours.

To give you more assurance and trust about the watch you purchase, we give 3 months full warranty on your vintage and used watches. This way you know you are buying a fully functioning product.

We are also happy to help you if the warranty on your watch has expired. We have several watchmakers in our network, that way we can offer you a quick and quality service.
