Tax free shop Lex Watches

In January 2011 we have launched our Tax free shop.
You as a customer or business outside the EU (European Union) will benefit from this.

Anyone who is resident outside the European Union can recover the Tax (19%) on a watch.
 You can come over from your country to our office, purchase the watch from us for the full amount, then recover the tax.

How do I get a refund when I leave The Netherlands?
You will need a tax receipt (invoice). It is important that the tax on your purchase amount is clearly stated.
You should always have your foreign name and address stated on the receipt.
Before leaving the EU visit Customs with your tax receipt and purchase for a Customs validation stamp.

Do I have to pay import tax?
At arrival in your country of residence, you have to declare your goods and pay import tax if you exceed the maximum value of goods. If your purchases do not exceed this maximum value, you do not have to declare your goods.

Each country has different norms for the maximum value of goods that may be imported without paying import tax. For Customs in your country please check the following website:

The stamped receipt can then be returned to our office for the refund.

Also we can ship the watch to you and we will do the export, what means that you don’t have to pay tax at all appart from the import tax in your country.
